Shipping policy

We can ship virtually to any addresses in the world. However, there are some restrictions applies on some products to be shipped to international destinations. Orders within United States mainly it will be sent via USPA. In Australia are sent by Australia Post using Standard Post, Express Post, Registered Post or via Couriers. Any other countries other than Australia and United States, we are using mainly DHL Express service. However we are reviewing the policy on regular basis and changes applied without notice.

When you place an order, we will estimate lowest shipping rates for you based on the availability of your items and then depending shipping selection options you choose.

Typically, we choose standard delivery shipping methods from Australia Post and/or USPS for all free shipping offerings which delivers within 4-5 business days excluding public holidays and weekends.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound or kgs.

Same-Day Dispatch

Domestic Orders

All in-stock products ordered placed in Australian on/before 12:00pm (QLD/NSW AEST Time zone) Monday through Friday dispatch the same day, orders placed after 12:00pm and orders on weekends or public holidays, will dispatch on the next business day. Some products may filled from our partnered supplier's warehouses locally and/or overseas where the shipping time will be more than normal time.

All in-stock products ordered placed in United States on/before 12:00pm (Wyoming / GMT Time zone) Monday through Friday dispatch the same day, orders placed after 12:00pm and orders on weekends or public holidays, will dispatch on the next business day. Some products may filled from our partnered supplier's warehouses locally and/or overseas where the shipping time will be more than normal time.

Overseas Orders

All in-stock orders will be dispatched within 2 days (QLD/NSW, AEST Time zone) between business days (Monday to Friday, 9 to 5pm). Any out of stock items will be notified to customers.

Christmas Trading Days

Business as usual until 15th of Dec for all products each year. 

Between 16th Dec to 26th Jan, orders will be dispatched within 7 working days from orders received date. 

Warehouse will be closed between 22nd Dec to 5th Jan each year.  (YOU CAN ORDER ONLINE BUT WILL NOT DISPATCH IN THIS PERIOD.) 

We understand that this is the lengthy delay on dispatch of orders but this will ensure us to enhance our tools and processes to serve you better. Please note all other products are not part of this program and will be sent as per normal shipping mode and timings.

Backorders

Majority of our offered products are in stock. However, there may be times when an item you ordered is on back order. If your order does contain a back-ordered item, we will not ship your order until all items are in stock or partially ship depending on scenario of the time. Unless notified separately, most back-ordered items are expected in stock within 15-20 business days.
